MolenGeek is a UFO in the Belgian tech scene, with its unique, inclusive and innovative ecosystem. Many young entrepreneurs and startups have been born thanks to MolenGeek’s incubation programme and its training in coding and marketing. However, many of these young talents have not been able to reach their full potential as entrepreneurs, as they lack access to the “3Fs” and other professional assets. Betting on diversity means betting on people who differ from each other in terms of their gender, origin or socio-cultural background, for example.
